Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By inviting Esraniki to a Discord server, logging into the web dashboard, or otherwise using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove Esraniki from your server, do not link your account with Esraniki/log in to the dashboard.

2. What Esraniki does

Esraniki is a Discord application that provides message and voice activity statistics, a configurable rules system, Twitch live announcements, Minecraft server status tracking, couple social mini-games, alongside a web dashboard for configuring these features.

3. Eligibility

Use of Esraniki is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Minimum Age Requirements. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country to use Esraniki or its dashboard.

4. Server administrators & access

Only members with Administrator permission on a Discord server can configure Esraniki through the dashboard. Dashboard login uses Discord's OAuth2 flow. Esraniki will never asks to get/see or stores your Discord password.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Esraniki to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the bot or dashboard, or use the service for anything unlawful. Doing so may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Esraniki and a legal action.

6. Server-provided content

Server administrators are responsible for content they configure through the dashboard, including rules text, Twitch channel names, and Minecraft server addresses. Esraniki does not review this content before it is stored or posted to your server.

7. Availability

Esraniki is a hobby project provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. Features, commands, and the dashboard may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice, and uptime is not guaranteed.

8. Third-party services

Esraniki interacts with some APIs, obviously Discord's API but also Twitch's API, and another third-party Minecraft server status API at api.mcsrvstat.us to provide its features. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esraniki's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot or dashboard. Esraniki is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0, which includes its own disclaimer of warranty.

10. Termination

You may stop using Esraniki at any time by removing it from your server and unlinking it from your allowed integrations from your Discord account settings. I may suspend or restrict access to the bot or dashboard for any account or server found to violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Esraniki after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date above reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Esraniki shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
